Our story
From three people to $300M+ a year
Dawson Wallace started in Edmonton in 1987 with three employees and $1.9M in annual volume. We opened in Calgary in 1996 and Lethbridge in 2015, and today we serve projects across Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan and Manitoba.
We've completed more than $5B in construction, including over 25 million square feet of light industrial space. Our projects range from $50,000 tenant improvements to a single $400M project, and annual volume of around $300M consistently places us among the top 40 general contractors in Canada.
Keeping offices in each city gives us roots in the communities we build in and puts senior leadership close to every site.
